Extremely bad experience

Have a 200 MTN contract. Samsung Phone S2. In November 2013 it started giving trouble. I needed to visit the Smartcare Centre no less than 12 times until eventually the main board was replaced (plus I was advised to purchase a new battery which turned out to be unnecessary). Finally at end of November I thought things were okay. I was wrong. Phone switched itself off. Took it in on 12th December 2013, 20 phone calls later with everyone there passing the buck I still have not got my phone back. ( 24th January 2014) What a disgrace..
Once this contract is complete I will never deal with SAMSUNG again.
