ENOUGH and USELESS

I bought a Samsung S4. I experience when it charges or even if I uses the navigation it gets extremely hot.
At a stage a got so hot that the screen cracked. I took it into the Repair centre at 14th Avenue. I told them the whole story. 2 days later I fetched my phone and within the same day the same problem was with the phone. I took it back and even mention that I would like to have a report about this.
As I was helped the guy behind the counter told me that this does not happened so often, but next to me 2 guys was standing with the same issues. So the Help desk also got told to to clients.
I received my phone back with no REPORT nor the phone been fix. Still the same issue.
I receive a call to ask if all was fine. I told them the phone is the same and nothing has change. Then I get told please to take the phone back as to have it repair again.
Sorry my petrol for the 3rd time as they did not even fixed it the first time.
The service I received was USELESS and still have problems.
