BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER

19th of January 2014 me and my wife bought a 60 inch Smart Plasma active 3D TV to spoil ourselves for a change. The tv picks up the wifi and when we enter our wifi pin the tv responds with a Caption that says Internet not available. All our devices in the house uses wifi. So I called our Adsl host and they promptly came out and checked and it was working fine. So I called the LG customer care line on 0800545454. Each time I spoke to some one they forwarded the call and it went to voicemail or the other party was not available and the line was disconnected. Over and over I called and eventually some took my number at 12pm and said they will escalate to IT division and call me back before 4pm that day. Up to now they did not. Eventually I was given a 011 JHB number and the gentlemen was so kind as to even log a call for me and 10 minutes later they called and said someone will come out to check. (heaven knows when that will be). I also purchased 4 pairs of active 3D glasses at R800 each and my wife took it back this morning because she is off at LG. Now she wants to buy a diff brand where you at least get 3D glasses with the tv. LG where is the after sales service???
