Dont waste my time!!!

My husband laid a complaint on Hello Peter a few days ago about our 60 inch LG tv. So far after a gazillion calls the technician came out and we were advised the mother board must be replaced. Are you ppl for real??? A 3 day old tv needs a mother board for the wifi to work. A 3 DAY OLD TV SINCE NEW!!! And all the manager of customer care Vinod can say is he has never ever had a complaint like this ever and we can have a refund or we can take a different brand of tv. Firstly let me say my husband is tired and I feel so sorry for him fighting for 5 days now trying to get the tv to be replaced. PLEASE LET SOMEONE ELSE BESIDES Vinod call us he was suppose to follow up with the technician and call us back and he DID not!!! I cannot deal with lazy ppl. We bought a Lan cable and we spent hours on calls. So please Deliver my replacement tv and collect the other one!!! And for all my sorrow and anguish I want 4 pairs of 3D glasses at your charge!!!
