I had got there at 8 in the morning they only open at 9. Queued quite a while but it was expected. My own fault for getting there to early. They then booked my device in, advised I would get a call once the fault is determined. Nobody called me till date, so I went back that afternoon (Friday 17/01/2014). They still had no idea what is wrong, still no call returned to me. I battled to get any asnwer on the number 011 675 7715 I tried about 7 times on Monday 20/01/2014 finally after repeatedly trying I was told parts were ordered. Today they have no idea when the parts arrive or how much longer till it will be ready. The lady on phone Nicole transfered me to Gus the Manager who was to busy to speak to me. I cannot understand how doing a software update causes my phone to need a new main baord as I am being advised. I am annoyed that nobody gets back to me, nobody answers the telephone and that nobody can tell me how much longer till I have a phone again. It is a huge incovenince to be without a phone in todays day and age its a integral part of my bussiness and I am left basicly inoperable at this point. job no. SA88716
