INSURANCE on IPAD

I have bought an ipad through FNB and its mainly used on wifi
The device has gone missing and when i called the insurance line i was sent from pillar to post because NO one could tell me how i would need to report this
I am still paying insurance and basically FNB has NOTHING in place for a device used on wifi
I cant block it through a service provider because i used it for hotspot wifi only so no case number will be given because theres no ITC ref
SO FNB PLEASE ADVISE AS I TOOK OUT THIS IUNSURANCE BECAUSE I WAS INFORMED I WILL BE COVERED
