OVERCHARGED BY MORE THAN TRIPLE!!

I went an purchased an internet special at 8ta Cavendish. I asked the salesperson if there was any hidden fees or any other fees associated with the internet special. She said that I must just purchase a wifi modem. I purchased the wifi cash and she explained to me that my bill per month would only be R260 pm and no more. I just got an sms from FNB to say that a debit order of R703 went off!!! I am very VERY irrate and when I called the customer call centre I had to wait for 15min for someone to pick up. And then the line just cut! I feel that I want to cancel my contract! The service is rubbish! I tried googling 8ta cavendish and no number comes up for the Cavendish store??? Can someone from 8ta please call me because I can't seem to get hold of you guys!
