Samsung SA / Cell C - No help

I have read on a few websites about the obvious problem the first Samsung S4 smart phones are experiencing with their batteries. I have also read that Samsung issued a statement that these batteries can be exchanged for free and without handing in the phone to be sent away. I am with Cell C and every branch I contact tells me they are aware of the problem, but they need to send the phone away for testing. It's obvious what the problem is as the battery are swollen and needs to be replaced.

The Samsung repair centre in Bloemfontein said they ordered the replacement batteries last year October/November and are still waiting for this order.

I can't even switch on my phone anymore and it's my only form of communication.

I really need this sorted out ASAP Samsung SA / Cell C
