Very bad service

My 3 week old samsung S4 mobile phone screen cracked mysteriously. I just gave away my old Iphone 4 after 2 years of perfect and trouble free use.called samsung 10 times and will need to take phone 40kms aeay from home to get screen replaced.sadly every call made and samsung has no stock and no idea when stock will arrive. This is very bad service as my phone is virtually brand new.of course I have the best original samsung cover.pls can somene executibe pls assist me.sandton customers
