I ordered and paid a Samsung Standard Battery - AB474350BU on the 27th November 2013. The order was confirmed with DHL Global Mail stated as the method of delivery. On the 4th December 2013 I enquired about the where about of the parcel asking for a tracking number to follow up with DHL. I got the following response "... Your order has been dispatched on a non - tracked service therefore we cannot provide any tracking information." I contacted our local DHL Agent (Post Net) and was told that DHL does not have a "Non-tracked" service. Every item is delivered against a reference/tracking number. On the 19th December 2013 I did another enquiry on e-mail with no response from MobileFun. On the 13th January 2014 I registered another query on their website and only got an automated response stating that they will respond within 1 business day. I am waiting
