On 22 November 2013 I ordered and paid for a WII Gaming Bundle. It said on the Groupon that delivery will be affected within 2 weeks and they promised delivery before Christmas.
I emailed them last week to ask where my order is, I also tried tracking it before I sent the mail and the order could not be found.
I got a response saying that the order will only be delivered within 2 weeks from when the deal closes which was 1 December. I also put all my tracking details into the email so that the consultant could maybe track it for me and I also mentioned that I could not track it myself.
The consultant didn't even bother to read my email correctly and in his response he said that I will find the tracking info in the Groupon and if I can't track it then I must let him know. Duh... I had already told him that I couldn't track it.
SO USELESS AND I WILL UNSUBSCRIBE IMMEDIATELY AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT HOW ABSOLUTELY USELESS THEY ARE!!! THEY ARE!!!
