Usually I'm a lot more conservative when buying from a new supplier online for the first time, but I got my new Galaxy Note 3 from FNB and was quite excited :). I rushed to my bookmarked [URL Removed] website! Almost R800 worth of accessories later, my order was placed on the 20th of December 2013. Non-tracked DHL service, 8-10 days delivery.
By 5 Jan I assumed they must just be backlogged due to the xmas rush.By 13 Jan I enquired regarding my order. On 19 Jan I received a reply at LAST enquiring whether I'd like a refund or replacement...
I replied... no response so far... and judging by the other folks on here, I'm not expecting any luck any time soon...
According to https:///mobile-fun/complaints/no-delivery-no-tracking-number-1298363 DHL doesn't even have a non-tracked service!!
