At the start of March I had ordered a parcel from California. This parcel was processed on the 7th of March, in Compton, CA and had made it's way to South Africa on the 22nd of March.
Upon viewing the tracking information, this parcel has not moved from this.
This was meant to reach its delivery address by (approximately) the 27th of March, but now I question as to whether it will ever move from its current location.
DHL does have an option whereby an email query can be posted, and an agent would respond in 24-72 hours. However it has been 7 days since my initial email and I have had no response.
When will this parcel be delivered?
