Recently I handed my Samsung S4 in at the Samsung Customer Care Service Centre in Roodepoort Gauteng to fix my screen as it was under the AHD warranty 24 hours later I got notified that the phone was ready... As I walked into the store on a busy Saturday afternoon my head started pounding and I though I will be there the whole afternoon 10 min later my number got picked and to my surprise a gentleman with a warm smile took my papers and I asked him if he could see if they had covers for the S4 as the one I have is not to good 15 min later he had yet returned just for me to find out that the person helping me is the owner. He returned and informed me that he had to open a new shipment for the covers and then stood installing the flip cover and also sold me a new product to assist in non breakage of my LCD screen. Not once did his staff become annoyed with the crowd and not once did the owner get agitated as he had to help a customer. I left 45 min later with a smile on my face and will send every one I know to them if they have a problem... Call ahead too make sure they have stock or leave your phone there with no worry.
