My Samsung Galaxy S4 bought 5 months ago from the Rivonia MTN store, in Johannesburg, has a dead battery. The Canal Walk outlet in CT informed me that I have to wait about 2 weeks for a replacement and that when a new battery arrives, I will need to drive over 170kms in order to collect it. I live in Montagu. This is as a result of Samsung allowing a batch of phones with faulty batteries on to the market. Disgusting service - totally unacceptable! I shall supply you with my mobile number, but it is, at present, not functioning! Please advise.
