I was one of the people that got the overrated S4 in April/May 13. as early as September the phone gave me issues & I booked it in for repairs, I went for 2 weeks without a phone. I went on holiday in December only to find that the camera has stopped working and the battery died as soon as it got to 50%, most apps do not work and the phone has becomes useless. I pay a lot of money this piece of and yet I do not receive the benefit of using it. The reception on this stupid phone is horrible... Yet the stupid samsung calls it my life companion... You are full of rubbish..you supply us with faulty phones and charge an arm and a leg for it??? should have went for an iPhone had I known that you guys are so useless. I need this stupid thing replaced, as I cant go for another 2 weeks without a phone yet I am paying for it... and since the stupid this has been fixed already how many more times does it have to be broken before it works properly... Even the out of market blackberry is better than the stupidly overrated S4... Life companion se g@t.
