I want to help my Mom please. So I'm reaching out to you. She bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 Phone from a flea market in Vanderbjilpark over the weekend when she visited there. She brought it to me to help her set it up. This phone is a phone. Everything on it looks like the real thing but is definitely not. Even the charger & headphones. Lucky for her I know better about technology. I contacted the Samsung Customer Center but they cannot help me, all they can say is sorry. I am not going to accept this and am going to carry on helping my Mom until I can get her phone exchanged by Samsung for the real thing and get the people from the flea market arrested or even get their stock taken from them. I don't think this is fair to anyone and i don't think this is fair towards Samsung either. How could they just accept the fact that there's going on and leave it? Please help me understand. My Mom got so excited about this phone and now it is useless to her. She wont be able to take it in to a repair store if it is broken or faulty to get fixed and she wont be able to register her device with Samsung either. I need you to please help me to get her a new phone, the real thing!
