Samsung S4 battery overheated and swollen

Samsung S4 battery has overheated and swelled that my cover doesn't close.

Please would someone be able to help me as my S4 is my only phone that i can communicate with. Phone was an upgrade and had collected in 1st week of October.

Would Samsung please liase with Vodacom and other telecom's about this issue.
