It saddens my so much to write this report, as I am not usually the person to complain. I recently got a contract for the Samsung Galaxy S4 (two weeks ago) reason being the fact that they advertised it as your life companion with an exceptional camera. The contract is very expensive, but I weighed my options against all other smart phones the i-phone 5, Z10, and chose the S4. Last week I wanted to take a picture as I often do in many situations as I love taking pictures and my camera did not work. I took to a store were they confirmed the camera is malfunctioning. Now I have to send it in for repairs which may take several weeks. I just feel as if I have been let down, frustrated, and sad. Hope someone will give me one with a working camera
