Standing in the customer service cue for more than a hour at book in. Had to phone a month later to track the status of the repair. Reception guaranteed that the tablet is ready for collection. At arrival had to wait again for a hour just to find out that the tablet might be done at 6 the evening.

And this by a so called hi tech international company

Shockingly bad... I'll be moving to a more fruitful enterprise soon
