Just want to let you know while there is so many complaints for the lack of the service and customer support industry in this country, Randall Spruit from ET Systems should be awarded a medal. He went the extra mile to help me try and sort out my garage motor by phoning me 8 at night when it was convenient for me! This person is definately a big asset to your company and multi billion rand companies could learn something from him regarding customer service!
