SAMSUNG S4 NOT WORKING

HELLO PETER
I bought a "Samsung S4LTE" from Jill of all Trading. I received it, charged for 16 hours and turned it on. It did not respond, kept on switching off or restarting. I took it to the Vodacom store. They struggled for an hour and a half, then they told me that is was not a Samsung and that it was also broken.
I contacted the supplier.
They said that I should send it back for them to be able to have it replaced.
They promised to replace it and not to have it fixed. I marked it at several places to check.
I have all the mails also the one that says that she has swoped it for another and have tested it well.

Jip vandag gekry en geruil. Ook sommer seker gemaak als is reg.
After weeks of waiting I received the same broken phone with all of the marking on it. I had it tested by several people. It is broken.
I wrote them a mail in which I informed them of the broken phone.
She writes back to tell that it is not [Email Removed]

Dolla. Dis nie stukkend nie. Die settings was verkeerd. Ek het self getoets.
