I am very disappointed in Fury's service. My Figo's airconditioning unit (2012 model) broke down and the car was handed in at Fury William Nicol to be repaired on 2013/03/13. The airconditioning unit was not repaired. Subsequently the car was once again returned on 2013/05/07. After this inconvenience the airconditioning unit was ONCE AGAIN not repaired. How many times will Ford cause me the inconvenience to go through this process??? Third time? Fourth time? The person at the service department's name is Marius and the sales consultant who is aware of the problem is Kevin Wilson.
