I have contacted the Apple iStore on 23/12/2013 to request pricing on a 11" Macbook Air. I was asked which iStore branch I would like to be serviced from and I advised that Bloemfontein is the closest. I then received a quote at 17h21 for the wrong item. I've immediately replied to request that I be quoted on the correct item and had not received any response since. You would expect premium service from a premium brand...
