I've been to the sandton istore twice and every time I've had shocking service. This last time the istore witless network was down and they had no backup. We went to exchange an iPad practically had to beg for service while the store clerks stood around. Then we had to suggest contacting the alternate store here in sandton who was then able to help u. Sandton city istore has the worst attitude ever they should to use people who know the product and want to work!!!
