I went to the iStore on Sandton Drive to get an iPad Mini. I was helped by a staff member called Pieter. He was amazing. He was polite and very helpful. He answered my questions and stopped me from making the wrong choice in terms of what deal would suit me. He was patient and helped me set up my device and account. To be honest, I have not received such good customer service, ever. Thank you, Pieter. If I come back to the iStore, I will definitely ask for you.
