I bought a LG Dishwasher D1454TF (R8450) from Tafelberg Bellville branch on the 21/11/2012, it was stored at your branch for a while as we were building and renovating our house. Today for the 3rd time the machine does not want to switch on, the previous two times the technicians just opened the panel and re-clue to control panel, the second technician admitted to me that this is a regular problem with LG Dishwashers. So today I had to stand and wash crockery for 18 people on Christmas Day instead of spending quality time with my family. I bought items to the value of R32 000 cash from you on 21/11/2012, I have had enough now, I also took out the extended guarantee, which I first thought was a waste of money but I am grateful that I did. I had enough now, I either want my money back or a new dishwasher, I bought the top of the range dishwasher and I am NOT getting value for my money. I have also logged a complain under LG Electronics on Hello Peter.
I want action ASAP, and please can the person who calls me be in a managerial position as I do not wish to speak to some call center person who does not have the permission to make any decisions.
