In October I called Kloppers about 'n dishwasher that gave quite allot of trouble. When I called them they told me that I am to far from any LG supplier and they will refund the machine because they cannot get to me. But I had to bring the machine to kloppers. I told them that I live really far and will only get to them in December. They told my its ok and that they will help me then. So I brought them the machine in December.
First they told me that the machine is to dirty and humiliated me in front of allot of people to make if it's my fault that the thing looks like it. Firstly I told them that the machines motor does not work and that the filthy water comes back after the machine is put off. But still they say it's my fault. The machine is filthy, and I cannot return such 'n filthy machine. Then I already brought the machine on the 27 of Desember and I am still waiting to hear from them.
When I call the person I speak to is really unhelpful and rude.
And thirdly My warranty is running out on the 27 January so then if they give me my broken dishwasher back I can do nothing with it
I will never buy an application like this from kloppers again.
