Pathetic service from Samsung who does not get back to dissatisfied customers on poor service given Seems Samsung does not care about their customers. If they did they will get back to them to see what is the problem. I will never buy their products again as I was a fan of Samsung So if there is no service then why buy their product.
Also a promotion on Bluray 3D DVD machines was for Mr Video to hire DVDs but in pmb there is no store near that 1 can use this promotion. So wat abt towns where there is no Mr Video.
