I purchased a LG Intellowave Dishwasher in 2012.Worst decision that I have every made. After connecting up everything the machine was now ready for its first wash. Okay everything looked fine and so wet went for the second round. When I opened the machine it was like someone has painted my machine white overnight. The entire machine was coated in white as well as my crockery. We took a sample of a glass (now white) to House and Home and explained to them what happened. The gentlemen said that he never saw something like this and will definitely take it up with LG.We did however had a call from an LG technician who said that he will come around and have a look at the machine. He took photos of the machine and asked so many questions i.e. soap do we use, softener etc. He said it was lime deposit and he adjusted the setting on my machine. The problem still occurs and the technician came back again telling the same story. I am spending hundreds of rand is buying new crockery and the problem is still there. Why not just replace my machine? Had a Defy Dishwasher for 15 years which washed every day no such problem!!! Why!!! will never recommend anyone to buy LG Dishwasher!!! LG - DEFY IS TOP!!
