Clearly not a priority

I ordered a graphics from this company on Tuesday morning the 17th of December via their online shop [URL Removed] because their website said they have limited stock, This company stated that they close Friday the 20th for the xmas season and only reopens the 2nd of January. So i made the order so it could be dispatched to me in Port Elizabeth by Monday the 23rd of December, which is today. So what happened next, well firstly the company didn't reply till late Tuesday afternoon. just asking me what about a different card, because now all of a sudden they didn't have stock. Long story short, eventually it was resolved that who ever looked up the cards from storage didn't know that they do have stock of other cards except the one that was attempted to be sold to me. After this was resolved on Thursday I made it adamantly clear that I needed the card by today, Monday the 23rd of December as I do video editing for commercials. Needles to say, today came and gone and now i have lost R3500 for this commercial as I was unable to do any editing. So basically I paid the price of the card and now the loss on this project and I will lose more money everyday I cannot edit until the 30th
