Nedbank and non service!

On the 12th November 2013 and I requested that my Nedbank cards are sent to my work address.
After communication with my "Private Relationship Banker" I was lead to understand that this will take place.
On Saturday 30th November, I contacted the card division and I was informed that the cards I asked to be sent to me were still at two different branches. I was informed that if I wanted the reissue would take 4 work days for me to get my new cards. I declined as I was under the impression it had been done and simple correspondence would rectify the issue. On Monday the 2nd December 2013, I requested feedback from the relevant people, why I still didn't have my cards? I was told that I would be informed as to what happened! Plus the card would be delivered, after submitting a complaint I was once again informed I would be told what happened.

Today the 9th December 2013, I have been contacted by the couriers and the card note card will be delivered today! I have asked for feedback as to why, I had to go out of my way to get my cards! So now I will have to start from scratch to sort this out to make sure it doesn't happen next time!
