I ordered a Product that I needed by Monday 30th December - and was assured that it would be delivered by then - to date - No delivery.
Called in to Delivery Express on Monday 30th, Tuesday 31st and today Jan 2nd and was assured all 3 times that the Courier was on his way and that I should expect delivery THAT SAME DAY.
First excuse - they can't reach me - even though I called in and confirmed - 3 times to the Courier Company. There seems to be a mismatch between the Courier company and Takealot as I have dealt with both with my complaint and both assured me that deliver would take place.
I would not advise anyone to use [URL Removed] for items that one needs to be delivered quickly.
I will also in future by my Larger and Urgent items from a different online store - first checking which Couriers they use.
If I do not receive my package by tomorrow - the 3rd of January - Given that I ordered it on the 23rd of December - I SHALL NOT accept delivery as I have already ordered the same product from a different online store - Wouldn't be surprised if that one arrives first.
