I upgraded to a Galaxy S4 Mini on contract with Vodacom 17 days ago. My phone developed a hairline crack across the screen (not dropped or squashed). I'm now told the S4 Mini is not covered by the ADH - even though I registered for it and Samsung sent me a confirmation sms I had the cover. I'm going to follow this up with Consumer Watchdogs as this is considered unethical business practice. I see quite a number of people in South Africa have the same problem. Samsung's standard reply on here is not good enough. Why confirm via sms if the Mini is excluded from this?
