In mid-September, I took out an S4 Mini on contract. Within a week, I registered it for the Samsung ADH warranty and got an sms advising that the registration was successful. This past weekend, my phone's screen got damaged. I then called the call centre which told me that my phone is not covered. Samsung this is false advertising! I have actually made copies of the wording on the website and also did a backup of the message I recieved from Samsung regarding the successful registration of the ADH warranty. Could someone at Head Office please address this issue.
