Won the highest bid on auction held by Bfore and having a problem as they cannot give me the item saying it was wrong item they auctioned??
Got a call telling me I won the auction and mailed me details for eft, when I confirmed before making payment they told me sorry they can give me an older model than the item I won auction on..
The auction was running for 2 weeks and then they come with this story!!
Was told take it or leave it and do what I want ..Legally any sale or auction is legally binding and they cannot just say sorry was mistake..
