I placed a smartphone order with FNB for the Macbook Pro 13" Retina 128GB, but the lady added it as Macbook Pro 13" 500Gig.
When I noticed her mistake, I called FNB to correctify the wrong order immediately, so they can correct the order. I asked more than twice that the FNB operator confirms that I will indeed receive the correct Macbook Pro now, and she did.
This morning I called FNB to follow up on delivery, and then they guy started talking about 500 Gig Macbook pro, I said to him that is not the right device, he then replied sorry I can see here the order is for 128 G Mac Retina.
When I then called Digital planet to follow up on my delivery, they asked my ID and then confirmed my order for 500 Gig Macbook, I said no, and explained the whole story.
I called FNB again, and then they said the first order has not been cancelled and the new correct order is not at the courier yet, meaning digital planet would have delivered the wrong order and later the correct one.
Now it is going to take another 3 days before this is rectified.
