I am utterly disgusted that Samsung could market a phone that is faulty. I own a S4 which I have only had a few months and already it has been in for repairs. It is still in repairs after 18 days. I am not the only poor soul who has a faulty S4. Four of my close friends have S4's that have a faulty battery which causes the phone to go on the fritz. I am so disappointed that now I will have a "repaired" phone when it was almost new. It has been such an inconvenience to be without my cell phone. I will have to say that if anyone asks my opinion whether or not they should get an S4 I will have to say no this time. The people who listened to me ended up with a faulty phone. I think 21 days repair time is excessive and I am very disgruntled.
