I submitted my details and and reported a broken screen for my S4 in August, was told that i will be called as soon as they have screens available. but I have never been called. I have been told that I am second in their que and will be called as soon as as they receive thier order and no I have never been called.last week was my 11th attempt to get my screen fixed and still no luck. they are a bunch of liars who are just on a mission to provide a non-existent service.
