Not getting my phone fixed

On Monday the 13 Jan 2014 . I went to Samsung in 14th Ave.to get my handset fixed for a cracked screen and the handset was over heating. I was told for the cracked screen they will have to order a LCD screen cause they don't have SIII Mini screens at the present moment and it will take 14 day at most and they will send me a quote for it, upon accepting it then they will order, in the mean time they will check and sort out the overheating issue and I will receive a phone call later that day to collect it if not I should call the next day. the next day a called and was told it was not ready they still need to send me a quote and the technicians will only be available on Friday for me to get it, I told the lady that the screen we can do later can they fix the over heating. she said she has noted it down. the next day Wednesday I called got the same story and was promised that they will assign some one to do It, on Thursday I called still stating they should just fix the over heating (Cathy) said she will call back just know & didnt, on Friday I drove there and still it wasn't done they said in 2hours it will be done after 4 hr send some1 he was told to wait for 2hr or bring it Mon
