I purchase a samsung 43inch. The TV not even a year old and has cracks on the screen. When I went to Furniture City to report this I was told that the warranty does not cover the screen and I have to have it repaired. I have call TM Electronics and they want R250.00 before they even look at the TV so I called around and the cost of the screen is R3500.00. This is rediculous as i am still paying this TV off. Please HELP needed urgently.
