I broke my iPhone last month, had the screen replaced by iFix, 2 weeks later screen broke again.By which I did not dropped it or anything. I had it sent back and they say that anything can break the screen even when placed in bag, or even by a piece of sand. In my 5 year "relationship" with iPhones, it's been dropped and thrown without breaking. So I paid the second time to have the screen replaced. Three weeks later, the screen broke again after my son dropped it, less than a meter from the ground. Before that happened, I called Genevieve to say that the screen is too sensitive as when I am having a phone conversation with it, it automatically put people on hold or on mute. I was suppose to bring the phone back for this but then the screen cracked again. So, in order to fix the sensitive screen issue, I need to have the screen replaced again for the third time in just over a month. Seriously? My husband's phone does not have a screen protector, has been dropped and thrown but never broke. The quality of their screens obviously does not even come close to the original Apple screens. Their "original" Apple screens, upon scrutiny, has pixels that iPhone screens don't have.
