DISAPOINTING SERVICE- USER ELECTRONICS- MENLYN

I am utterly disgusted at the service received at 'USER ELECTRONICS'. My screen on my Samsung galaxy S3 had cracked and i took my phone to Brooklyn at the Samsung repair store which the store had recommended user electronics to repair my phone.

I do not just take my phone anywhere but the only best, as i only purchase the best!!!
The very first impression upon taking my phone to the store was excellent from a sales consultant named Susan. She had promised that 99% of my guarantee would be validated and i should receive my phone back brand new in a week.

The week that followed i had gotten no response from user electronics so i decided to give it an extra week which i did not get a response as well hence Susan's first impression turned to be a and is putting the companies reputation down!!!
I had rang Susan on the 3rd week and she had told me that she had still got no response from the manager regarding the validation of my guarantee which we are now sitting on the 3rd week and i was guaranteed my phone back in the first week.

I had rang Susan the next day and she had still not to receive a message from the manager regarding the validation of my guarantee and 'US
