Is it possible to wait for almost 2 months for a screen repair? That's what I asked at Samsung head office and the answer to that was no... But at user electronics (Garsfontein) it is! cause every time I call it's either this week or next week or no answer at all. Even after sending documents they requested I was only replied to after 3 days saying "we have received yours documents", and because it's a black S4 it takes almost 2 months. At head office they had told me they get screens and parts from the same place but what's going on at user electronics? I've been stranded for almost 2 months with no clue what so ever of what's going on. NOT A GOOD WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AT ALL... and still waiting for my phone.
