I'M STILL WAITING FOR A REPLACEMENT FOR MY SAMSUNG S4 SCREEN A MONTH AND A HALF AFTER REPORTING TO USER ELECTRONICS. I FIND IT UNACCEPTABLE THAT I WAS TOLD TO WAIT THREE WEEKS FOR THE PARTS TO ARRIVE BUT YET ITS BEEN JUST OVER 6 WEEKS, ALSO THE ONLY COMMUNICATION THAT TAKES PLACE IS COMMMUNICATION THAT I INITIATE AND EVEN THEN THEY HARDLY EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. ALTHOUGH USER ELECTRONICS REPRESENTS SAMSUNG, THIS SITUATION IS A BAD REFLECTION ON SAMSUNG
