I took my phone in to User Electronics (one of the only few Samsung approved repairs in this entire region) and booked it in for a screen repair. I was told I am the 172nd client with a cracked screen... the guy checking in behind me was 173rd. During my discussion with Susan (the lady who helped me) I was told that Samsung sends random batches of screen orders twice a week... anything from 2 to 50 at a time. This was Over a month ago. I called last week (25th Sept) and told that since booking my service, only 44 screens have arrived, and today (2 Oct) a week later, I was told only 2 more have arrived since then. This is after I was told to that Samsung was sending a large emergency stock order to deal with the demand.
I am really disappointed in Samsung SA and User Electronics. If they are are not ignoring phone calls, then it's just bad news. My screen has been like this for almost three months now.
