Had a problem with my Galaxy S4 phone battery. After disgusting service from MTN Store in Plettenberg Bay, I phoned Samsung Call Center just after 13h00 yesterday (11 December). They said they will send me a new battery at no cost in a few days time. Well I can't believe it just after 14h00 today (12 December) the courier knocked on my door with the new battery!! Awesome amazing service Samsung!!! This to a remote town like Plettenberg Bay. That is exactly why I buy anything Samsung. When are you bringing out a car? 25 Hour service door to door!!!
