Samsung Flat screen TV packed up just over one year. Taken in for repairs on 7 November. They do not want to repair under warranty although we were told that it has a two year warranty. No one has come back to me. After one week I went in to Makro to see what was happening, could not give me any feedback. Two weeks later still no feedback. Samsung said they would replace, now they not interested. Between Makro and Sumsung their service is absolutely shocking!! I will NEVER purchase a Samsung product again due to the poor quality and poor service.
