Poor Service and Inferior quality products

I bought a Mellerware 3 in 1 cappuccino machine on the 02nd of July. The 1st one did not work out of the box and I had to return it for another one. The 2nd one worked for 3 weeks. We mostly used the cappuccino maker and only used the percolator twice. The percolator was broken by the 26nd of July and I had to return it for repairs. There were no communication from Pick 'n Pay or Mellerware and I asked today at Kollonade what the status was. Apparently they have a problem finding parts. Talk about poor service! I feel the machine should have been replaced as I only had it 3 weeks!

I also ordered organic fruit&veg from Pick 'n Pay online and to my disgust almost nothing that was ordered was organic. Most items have been substituted with NON ORGANIC products and also there was no picture or description for the blender so yet again the product was not what I had expected and I had to pay delivery to my moms house in Wonderboom South as they do not deliver in Mountain View. Most of the order was wrong and I took the goods back to Jacaranda branch and paid in for a Salton Blender. Guess what? It was BROKEN OUT OF THE BOX. I ll have to take it back tomorrow. I AM DONE SHOPPING AT P'NP
