I have the Samsung s4, As you are already aware of the battery problems with the S4 (battery swelling and not lasting even for a few minutes), What i dont seem to understand is the lack of understanding and customer service levels for Samsung customers, you being such a major company should have informed and had all of your Samsung stores stocked up with S4 batteries for customers like myself to pick up at leisure with obviously a proof of purchase or contract, But instead you want or expect your customers to drive to homestores and pick up a battery? How about telln your thousands of customers in SA that there is only ONE place in KZN or Gauteng or Cape town to go to get a battery and then to wait 2hours to get that battery as i have been told on the phone??? fuel expense? time??? for a DEFECTED product that was sold to me??? Why does the customer always suffer? At this moment i am the customer sitting with a handset that i cannot use. I say that is pathetic service that is beyond me, rotten after sales service of SAMSUNG!
